The skirt has a center-front inverted pleat and lapped-seam side-front seams, and it joins the blouse under a tied or novelty belt. Straight tailored collar with V-neck opening or high neck with tied collar band. Two patch pockets. Bracelet-length sleeves with cuffs or short sleeves.
