A: has front zipper opening with applied front buttoned band and pockets in side seams. B: has contrast neckline and cuff facings, front neckline slit and applied patch pocket. C: has front buttoned band closing, patch pockets with shaped buttoned flaps and welt pockets. D: has front buttoned band closing, kangaroo welt pocket and sleeve patch pocket.
