Very easy: Vest Tie Shirt Skirt and Pants Sewing Pattern 1993 Uncut. Fitted, lined vest has low armholes and shaped front hemline. Bias tie has loop. Very loose-fitting shirt has collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads and three-quarter sleeves with fold-back cuffs. Straight skirt, below mid-calf has elastic waist and front hemline slit. Tapered pants have front waistband, pleats, elastic back and side pockets.
